Riata Inn - Presidio, Presidio

My stay was generally pleasant with clean and comfortable accommodations, but I did face some issues with the amenities. The location was affected by holiday traffic, making it tricky to find dining options without a long wait, though the overall value was reasonable for the area.

We had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and even cooled down for our arrival, which was a nice touch. Diana, the manager, was incredibly helpful, setting us up with Wi-Fi and providing a coffee pot for our morning Hazelnut coffee. There were a few downsides, like no coffee in the room and some minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom, but overall it was a pleasant experience, especially after a long drive to Big Bend State Park.

I stayed at the Riata Inn during a cross-country motorcycle trip, and I found it to be a solid choice. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable, offering great A/C which was a blessing during hot days. However, the odor from cheap deodorizer in the room was overwhelming and detracted from my experience. The staff was nice and welcoming, but I have my reservations about returning due to the strong artificial smells.
